What the form collects

The enquiry form asks for these details, and nothing else:

• Your name
• Your company (optional)
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your country
• The project location (optional)
• The project description
• The kind of project (optional)
• The ornament level you have in mind (optional)

Spam protection

To limit spam and abuse we store your IP address only as a salted hash, never in readable form, and use it for rate limiting.

Where it is stored

Your enquiry is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the European Union. We receive a notification email through Resend, our email delivery provider.

The map

The map on the enquiry form loads only if you open it. It then fetches map images and place names from OpenStreetMap, which sees your IP address as any website you visit does. Only the place you pick is sent to us.

Figures for where you are

To show figures for where you are, the page asks our host, Vercel, which country your IP address is in, and makes a first guess from your device’s time zone. Neither is stored. If you choose a region yourself at the foot of the page, that choice is kept in your browser’s local storage until you change it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months, then delete them.
