Many people have never seen a new building of this kind, and assume they never will. They were told it could not be built. A good rendering shows what the building would look like, before anyone has to take it on trust.
On this site, every rendering of an unbuilt scheme is labelled as a concept. We never pass off speculative work as built work, and we suggest you do not either.
